Where can I find GoPicnic meals and products?
Please use the GoPicnic Store Locator to find GoPicnic products near you. However, because each store may have a limited quantity of GoPicnic products, we suggest you call ahead to inquire about availability.

What is the shelf life on GoPicnic products? 
Shelf life: Online orders can expect a shelf-life of approximately 60+ days at delivery. Discounted items may have a shorter shelf life associated. If a sale item will deliver with a shelf life of under 30 days, the date will be indicated on the item sale page. Sale items are guaranteed to arrive within their indicated best-by date.

What is GoPicnic's return policy?
Because GoPicnic manufactures and ships food and strive to maintain the integrity of our product, GoPicnic is unable to accept any returns/exchanges of the physical product back into our warehouse. However, GoPicnic will be happy to replace any product if any of the following issues arise: Product defect, Package/order damage or Incorrect product shipped.

How much is shipping for my order?
GoPicnic offers two (2) different shipping options. All orders placed online will be processed and packaged within three (3) - five (5) business days at our Chicago, Illinois warehouse and then shipped according to the shipping times of the chosen shipping method. GoPicnic's shipping options are as follows:

  • FedEx Ground/Home Delivery*: Available on every order for a flat rate of $11.99. After allowing three (3) - five (5) business days for order processing and packaging, orders will arrive within three to seven (3-7) business days.
  • FedEx SmartPost*: Available on orders that weigh less than nine (9) pounds for a flat rate of $7.99. After allowing three (3) - five (5) business days for order processing and packaging, orders will arrive within six to eleven (6-11) business days. This option will automatically be available to you if your order is under the qualifying weight limit. If you do not see this option upon checkout, your order exceeds the nine (9) pound weight limit.
  • Please note: While we strive to fulfill and ship orders promptly, during National Promotions order fulfillments may be delayed. GoPicnic cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. 

GoPicnic is not able to ship online orders to the following: Hawaii, Alaska, International (anywhere outside of the Contiguous U.S.), APO & FPO, and PO Box addresses. If you are a retailer, please call GoPicnic for special pricing/shipping options for wholesale orders to these locations.

How do Meal Subscriptions Work?
Meal Subscriptions are a great way to have your favorite meals delivered automatically without having to place multiple order. First, you select the meals that you would like to purchase, which are ordered by the 6-pack. Subscription orders are not available with a quantity less than a 6-pack. Then, you choose the frequency, or how often you would like them delivered: every 1 month, every 2 months, every 3 months, or every 6 months. Once you have selected your frequency, add your items to your cart and checkout as normal with a valid credit card. Subscriptions require a valid credit card and cannot be paid for by PayPal. Any subscriptions paid for via PayPal will automatically be canceled after the initial order. Shipping is always free with meal subscriptions and you can expect a minimum shelf-life of 90 days. Your first shipment will process and ship immediately. Your following orders will be processed and shipped on the same day of the month of your original order. Can I buy items in GoPicnic meals separately?
GoPicnic does have some items from their meals that are sold separately, but not all. If the item is listed in the GoPicnic Grocery, it is available for purchase outside the GoPicnic meals. Some popular meal items include the Sweet Perry Orchards Fruit & Nut Mixes and the Copper Cowbell Cheeses, which are available for individual purchase.

Where can I find the ingredients to GoPicnic products?
The ingredients, as well as the allergen details and nutrition facts, to GoPicnic products are listed at the bottom of each product page (scroll all the way to bottom past the reviews).

Does GoPicnic carry gluten-free products?
Yes, GoPicnic carries a number of gluten-free meals and snacks, which can be found on our Gluten-Free Menu. Please note that not all GoPicnic products are gluten-free, so look for the green gluten-free label on the product page.

What are GoPicnic's gluten-free guidelines?
GoPicnic is in accordance with the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) proposed regulations on gluten-free labeling. FDA proposed regulations on the term "gluten-free" means that a food bearing this claim in its labeling does not contain any one of the following:

  • An ingredient that is a prohibited grain.
  • An ingredient that is derived from a prohibited grain and that has not been processed to remove gluten.
  • An ingredient that is derived from a prohibited grain and that has been processed to remove gluten, if the use of that ingredient results in the presence of 20 parts per million (ppm) or more gluten in the food.
  • 20 ppm or more gluten.
GoPicnic products that are labeled gluten-free do not contain any of the above items as proposed by the FDA and it is required that our manufacturers are consistently testing their products to follow these guidelines. GoPicnic ensures to list all the ingredients and allergen information on the outside of the box and on each product page of the website to alert those with a higher sensitivity to wheat.

If you have food products you think would fit in a GoPicnic meal, we'd be happy to review them, we're always looking for more great ready-to-eat food items. Please reference our Meal Components Page to learn more.

Will GoPicnic donate to my event?
Each year GoPicnic receives hundreds of donation requests. We do our best to assist local charities and non-profit organizations, but unfortunately we cannot fulfill every request. Our community outreach program begins with supplying meals to the local food banks, and other local agencies working together to provide hunger relief. Our philanthropic efforts target non-profit organizations supporting gluten-free; green living and/or suffering members of our community. Additionally, GoPicnic fully supports providing meals in the event of natural disasters. If your organization meets this area of need we will consider your donation request. However, please understand that we have a limited budget for all donations and your request may not be fulfilled if we have already allocated our donations for the year.
