Give your supporters your special Online Tracking Code to enter when they purchase meals at gopicnic.com, and your organization will receive credit for these purchases. At the end of your fundraiser, GoPicnic cuts a check directly to your organization for 20% of the purchases made by your supporters!
  1. Set a Start Date and End Date for your fundraiser
  2. Contact GoPicnic¹s fundraising department to meet your Fundraising Account Manager and get your own special Online Tracking Code; just email fundraising@gopicnic.com or call 773-328-2490 between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CST.
  3. Tell your organization to spread the word about your GoPicnic fundraiser to your supporters, including the special Tracking Code. Encourage your supporters to purchase meals at GoPicnic.com and enter your special Tracking Code at checkout. Let them know that 20% of their purchase will go directly to your organization! GoPicnic can help you to spread the word to your supporters by email, just ask your GoPicnic Fundraising Account Manager for assistance.
  4. When your supporters buy from GoPicnic.com and enter your Tracking Code at checkout, we will track their purchases during the period of your fundraiser, and GoPicnic will send you a check within 2 weeks of the end date of your fundraiser for 20% of all sales (less tax, shipping, and handling). It¹s that easy!


We¹ll support your fundraising efforts with a dedicated email to your supporters that tells them about your fundraiser and includes the Online Tracking Code that your supporters use to credit their purchases to your organization during your fundraiser.

Just provide your Fundraising Account Manager with a list of email addresses, and we¹ll work with you to define and schedule an email that promotes your organization and reminds your supporters about this great opportunity to help your organization through purchasing tasty ready-to-eat meals at GoPicnic.com!
