Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Policy:

GoPicnic offers three (3) different shipping options. All orders placed online will be processed and packaged within two (2) business days at our Chicago, Illinois warehouse. GoPicnic's shipping options are as follows:

  • FedEx Ground/Home Delivery: Available on every order for a flat rate of $11.99. After allowing two (2) business days for order processing and packaging, orders will arrive within three to seven (3-7) business days.
  • FedEx SmartPost: Available on orders that weigh less than nine (9) pounds for a flat rate of $7.99. After allowing two (2) business days for order processing and packaging, orders will arrive within six to eleven (6-11) business days. This option will automatically be available to you if your order is under the qualifying weight limit. If you do not see this option upon checkout, your order exceeds the nine (9) pound weight limit.
  • Pickup at GoPicnic's Chicago Headquarters: Available on any order that will be picked up from our Chicago, IL Headquarters for free. After allowing two (2) business days for order processing and packaging, orders will be ready for pickup at 4011 N. Ravenswood Ave., Chicago, IL 60613. Hours for pickup are Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm CST.

GoPicnic is not able to ship online orders to the following: Hawaii, Alaska, International (anywhere outside of the U.S.), APO & FPO, and PO Box addresses. Please call GoPicnic for special pricing/shipping options for wholesale orders to these locations.


Return Policy:

Because we manufacture and ship food products and strive to maintain the integrity of our product, GoPicnic is unable to accept any returns/exchanges of the physical product back into our warehouse. However, GoPicnic will be happy to replace any product if any of the following issues arise:

  • Product defect
  • Package/order damage
  • Incorrect product shipped
Please note: We will ship any replacement product using the same method as the original order.
